If approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including selecting a date and beginning the planning process.

What is included in the pricing?

Our pricing is all-inclusive, covering the venue, accomodation, catering, flowers, bartenders, musicians, and other services depending on which package you have selected. Payments are handled through The Rituals, so you don’t have to worry about managing multiple deadlines or vendors. This streamlined approach allows you to focus on enjoying the planning process and your event.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! The kitchen teams at our approved venues are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences. Simply let us know in advance, and we’ll prepare a dish that meets your guests’ needs without compromising on flavor or quality.

What makes The Rituals venues special?

All our venues are carefully selected for their beauty, ambiance, and alignment with our values. They are exclusive spaces designed to foster connection, joy, and celebration. The staff at each location is specially trained to create an atmosphere of warmth, communication, and positivity, ensuring every event feels elevated and meaningful.

How do payments work?

The Rituals simplifies payments by handling all transactions on your behalf. You’ll make a single payment, which we divide among the venue and all included vendors, such as catering, florist, bartenders, and musicians. This eliminates the stress of managing multiple payments and ensures every detail is covered.

Can we customize our event?

Yes! Whether it’s a wedding, workshop, or celebration, our team works closely with you to create a personalized experience. The most cost effective options are to choose our packages as they are and you can still choose from curated menus and add meaningful rituals. If you would like to customize your event further and tailor every element to reflect your unique vision and values there will be additional costs involved.

What if I have fewer guests than the maximum capacity?

Our pricing remains the same regardless of guest count, as it covers the full range of services and accommodations. However, having fewer guests can mean greater comfort, with more spacious rooming arrangements and fewer shared facilities for everyone.

How does The Rituals promote sustainability?

We are deeply committed to sustainability. All our venues incorporate eco-friendly practices such as solar power, composting, zero-kilometer menus, and growing their own herbs, fruits, and vegetables. It is also imperative that they recycle, use biodegradable materials, and offset carbon footprints.

What is the payment structure and schedule?

We offer flexible payment options to make planning your event as stress-free as possible. Below are the three options available:

1. Pay in Full

  • Make a single payment at booking for the listed package price.

  • Bonus for Paying in Full: Day-Of Coordinator to help manage every detail of your big day.

2. Split Payments

  • Divide your investment into two payments:

    • The first payment is due at booking.

    • The second payment is due 4 months before your arrival date.

3. Installments

  • Spread your investment into six equal payments over the course of a year.

  • The first payment is due at booking, and the final payment is due 4 months before your arrival date.
