When you work with us, you’ll choose from our approved list of collaborators, each selected for their alignment with our values and their ability to offer something extraordinary.

    All The Rituals locations are carefully selected, exclusive spaces designed to host meaningful experiences for individuals and couples who share our values of respect, connection, and authenticity.

    To begin, prospective clients are invited to apply to host their event at one of our approved locations. This application ensures alignment between your vision and our philosophy, enabling us to create a celebration that resonates deeply with everyone involved.

    The staff at The Rituals locations are trained with a unique approach, focusing on fostering connection, communication, and joy.   • Step 2: Application Review and Date Selection

    Once we receive your application, our team will carefully review it to ensure there’s a strong alignment in values and purpose. This review process helps us confirm that we’re the right fit to bring your vision to life and create a meaningful experience together. If your application is approved, we’ll reach out to share a list of available dates, allowing you to choose the perfect time to gather your friends and family.

    We’ll provide guidance on selecting a date that complements your vision, considering seasonal details, whether you envision a pool party or a cozy fireplace.

    Our goal is to make this process as smooth and exciting as possible, setting the stage for a celebration that reflects your unique journey and values.

  • Step 3: Contract and Payment

    After selecting your date, we’ll prepare a contract outlining the details and terms of our collaboration. Once the contract is signed, you will send the payment to confirm your reservation. This secures your date and allows us to begin preparations for your event.


    Rather than managing multiple payments to various vendors, The Rituals handles everything for you. Your single payment is divided and allocated to cover all aspects of your event, including the venue, catering, flowers, bartenders, musicians, and more.

    This eliminates the need to track multiple deadlines or coordinate payments across different providers, giving you peace of mind and more time to focus on your celebration.

  • Step 4: Planning and Customization

    With your date confirmed, you’ll work closely with your dedicated event planner to bring your dreams to life. From the initial stages of brainstorming ideas to the final touches on your big day, we’ll help you ensure that every detail is carefully tailored. We’ll take care of booking everything included in your package and give you access to our curated list of trusted vendors for anything else you many need. You will choose your menus, and have the opportunity to incorporate additional rituals that align with your values.

We prioritize connection in every detail of our events, weaving meaning and intention into every moment to ensure the experience resonates deeply with you and your loved ones, creating memories you will all treasure for a lifetime.
